From the initial vermicompost extraction to the final starch-based encapsulation. A look inside our R&D process.
We start by processing high-quality vermicompost. Using an aerated water extraction method, we isolate the Humic and Fulvic acids—the "black gold" that conditions the soil.
In a sterile environment, we introduce dormant cultures of Rhizobium and Azotobacter. These are mixed in a precise 1:25 ratio to ensure they activate immediately upon contact with water.
The final mixture is encapsulated using a plant-based starch binder (Gelatin + Cellulose). This shell is designed to be hydro-sensitive, meaning it stays solid in the pack but dissolves in 5-10 minutes in a tank.
